Fatima
This is what I am learning today:
"In spelling out the need to avoid sin, I have not elaborated on some necessary penance. The very first is to do our daily duty — do whatever it takes, while breaking no law of God, to meet the demands of whatever position God has placed us in life. In other words, we must fulfill our obligations to our state in life. This means to be a good mother, a good father, a good child at home, a good student, a good employee, a good employer. It means being honest and just and kind and charitable to those around us, our subjects, our superiors, our peers. And to avoid persons (those who encourage us to sin), places (hangouts, bars, etc., where we meet people who encourage us to sin) or things (magazines, movies, drugs, drinks, television programs) that will cause us to sin."

Yep it's true.
I am a procrastinator.
When I am "tired" I want to fall asleep
I did it too.
I watched this video saying that instead of making a mistake and correcting it and making it better a 2nd time, it's better to get it the first time and do everything correctly all the way through.
The last spanish test I got was a 69% I was not very happy with that. I am about to get the same grade every single time if I don't work for it. Please. God. Help me get better.

Lesson II - Success is Difficult: It Requires Hard Work
"Significant achievement in anything- athletics, the arts, business, career, politics, personal relationships, school, even hobbies- take a great deal of ongoing commitment, self-discipline, and hard work. There are no easy shortcuts."
That is why I have to go all the way through with ANY activity that I am doing so I will get better and better.
"Failure- if it becomes a life pattern, occurs mainly because of worry, self-doubt, inattention to detail, and (most important) lack of adequate commitment and action People who are consistently unhappy and unfulfilled often pay little attention to the workings of the world around them. They are distracted from the world of action mainly because they are consumed by worry and self-doubt. Focusing inward on themselves and let the world pass them by. Time passes and nothing gets done. Then, as a result of having done little or nothing to make success happen, they fail by default in making specific accomplishments. If this pattern persists, they fail in life as well.
I worry a lot. Sometimes I doubt if my dances and the way I dance is good or not. I don't pay attention to detail, but most of all I am not taking action. I need to become something more. Not just mediocre.
"One thing that IS commonplace is mediocrity"
"Ongoing achievement in any of life's endeavors can only be attained through action".
"World-Class athletes, artists, and musicians reach high levels of achievement only as a result of fanatical practice and refinement of technique. Likewise, the best students put in many long hours developing and refining their study methods".
"Of Course hard work alone will not bring success. You must have a certain level of native ability, talent, or aptitude. Finally, you must acquire and use the best tools and techniques"
By going to Millenium Dance Complex, I will be taught by the best, top-notch choreographers who teach the best singers, dancers, and actors. By going to XMA I will be taught the best moves and flips. By being around an environment where I can thrive and live I will be motivated to get better and better.
I just don't want to be good. I want to be one of the best. YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. I want to see myself choreographing for a singer in 3 years. I will be 22 at the time. I will make my 20s a time for GOD and a time of excellence and extreme work ethic.
Rocky Balboa said, "But until you don't start believing in yourself, you ain't gonna have a life".
